OMNITRACKER inspires Russian integrators

Digital Design Company has presented its new IT-management automation product based on software platform OMNITRACKER (vendor company is OMNINET, Germany).

When choosing SW for automation of IT management processes many Russian companies opt for OMNITRACKER, an efficient and flexible solution. Despite the fact that OMNINET company brought this product to the Russian market only 2 years ago, many Russian consultants and integrators rate it as one of the best solutions for automation of IT management.

Now that they observe an increasing demand for a simple, easy to customize and adjust to scale, astute Russian integrators offer standard products based on OMNITRACKER. Last year Russian IT managers were offered OMNITRACKER CleverENGINE (developed by Cleverics company).

Today Digital Design is proud to present its new OMNITRACKER-based solution. The novelty from Digital Design, an application for ITSM processes automation, allows carrying out smooth migration of Service Desk to a new program platform retaining all current HP SD 4.5 functionality and with minimal changes in the interface. Developers of Digital Design also extended Service Desk functionality so it can address more IT tasks.
