Russian Fitness Group (the fitness-club chains World
Class and Fizkult) has implemented the new IT-platform OMNITRACKER optimizing
the work-flow of IT department and improving the staff management system. This
product developed by the German provider OMNINET has allowed the company to
solve one of the main operational business tasks – to create the monitoring
system making possible the work-flow control of the IT department and to
evaluate the amount of work performed by the employees.
As the result of the OMNITRACKER implementation the management of Russian
Fitness Group has received the opportunity to make the actual functional
assessment of the IT-department, which in its term has led to the conclusion of
the necessity to optimize the man-hours followed by restructuring of the
department. This way the new software helped to rebuild the work-flow
considering the most rational assignment of the duties among the staff thus
reducing the expenses. The OMNITRACKER platform has become a simple and
convenient solution, bringing the new quality and professional work standards
of the IT-department into the company.

Both installation and development took around 4 months. The fast
implementation was guaranteed by the dedicated project solution CleverENGINE,
developed by the company Cleverics, and functioning based on the OMNITRACKER
platform.
The project was realized by means of
Cleverics Quality Assurance method, implying that all the work is performed by the
customer’s employees when Cleverics specialist act as consultants at the stages
of planning and arrangement. This method is quickly gaining its popularity
allowing customers to dramatically reduce the expenses due either to the
minimal man-hours of the contractor or to the usage of the programming
solutions with ready-made functionality.
