OMNITRACKER to serve Cleverics

 
Cleverics company would like to announce the results of the implementation of OMNITRACKER solution for automation of its business processes.

The OMNITRACKER-based automation system was first put into operation in 2009 and got the name of CleverACTION. CleverACTION provided for quick automation of the main business processes, as it implemented the necessary functionality in the framework of a single application without participation of external developers.

Over the two years of system operation Cleverics engineers carried out some post-production finishing of the system, which allowed to enhance the functionality of CleverACTION and fully adapt it in accordance with the requirements to the company’s business processes. Namely, they set up a client tech support unit, implemented the integration with company’s website, completed a number of minor improvements (printing certificates for the participants of the courses, document and contract deadline control, employees workload recording and so on). With that, there were no significant changes, and the automation system is developing in the framework of its original architecture.

In the present time CleverACTION serves for the following tasks: sales management, contracts management, payments planning and control, document management, services management, keeping records on clients and consumers, customer tech support.

OMNITRACKER was chosen as a software platform because this solution can offer extensive opportunities for application development and has a low TСO. Thus, the first CleverACTION release was implemented in 9 man-days, and the whole complex of follow-up activities during the first year took about 20 man-days.

OMNITRACKER is a universal platform for creating workflow-applications of a variety of classes: IT-services management, document management, CRM and many other business processes. Wise use of OMNITRACKER allows solving different business challenges in different industries. An important advantage of the solution developed that it can be evolved by independent efforts of the customer because it is completely transparent for him. Thus, the customer becomes less dependent of the suppliers, which is another factor of reduced TCO.
