November 8, 2011 – OMNINET Company jointly with its partner Cleverics Company held an interactive seminar for corporate IT departments entitled “OMNITRACKER – the Way Out”. The main purpose of the event was to introduce representatives of large companies to both OMNITRACKER and OMNITRACKER CleverENGINE software features and demonstrate the competitive advantages of the products using a case study of the implementation project for AutoSpecCenter Group.
“OMNITRACKER – the Way Out” seminar was held in Russia for the first time. Michael Dobner, CEO of OMNINET Russia and CIS, Dmitriy Isaychenko, consulting director of Cleverics Company, as well as Mikhail Sukhov, head of the Service Desk and IT accounting of AutoSpecCenter Group, attended the seminar as speakers.

First part of the seminar addressed both OMNINET Company history and the main competitive advantages of OMNITRACKER and its applications. In the second part, speakers focused on presentation of OMNITRACKER CleverENGINE ITSM-application and the Case study of successful migration project for AutoSpecCenter Group.
Great attention was paid to the Q&A session and a comprehensive review of OMNITRACKER software implementation and practical use.
According to the participants’ estimates, the seminar was of high quality and enabled to form a detailed understanding of the OMNITRACKER opportunities for business process optimizations. An integrated approach to the presentation and the interactive part during the seminar as well as speakers attention to each participant in the Q&A session allowed forming potential customers’ loyalty to the product.
