OMNINET, a leader in the European ITSM tooling market and manufacturer of the IT Management software OMNITRACKER, has recently opened an office in New York City as part of its strategic expansion into the US and Canadian market.
Having won a major contract with one of the largest retail companies in Canada and having established partnerships with three well-known System Integrators and ITSM consultancies, establishing a local presence is a next step to becoming one of the key players in the ITSM market in North America, just like OMNINET has been in Europe for many years.
With large and business critical implementations at clients like Siemens, Mercedes Benz, Deutsche Telekom and Rabobank, OMNINET has over 35.000 concurrent users and an active client base of over 500 companies of all sizes.
OMNINET’s US operations will be managed by Justus Beek, an experienced manager from the Netherlands. Beek: “First focus for us will be to strengthen the existing partner network and customer base. Together with our excellent product this will help us reach our goal of becoming one of the major players in North America.”
Key benefits of OMNITRACKER for its clients and partners are the unmatched flexibility and scalability of the OMNITRACKER platform which makes it an attractive and very cost-effective solution for all size of IT organizations.
Beek: “OMNITRACKER provides our clients with a platform for implementing multiple very diverse IT processes into a single operational environment, either by relying on industry-standard proven out-of-the-box applications in areas like ITSM or Project Management, or by using the platform itself for individual process automation. By doing so, OMNITRACKER produces a major reduction of costs and risks to the business. IT and Business Managers alike use OMNITRACKER to enhance the collaboration between teams and specialists while at the same time greatly reducing hidden software costs.” “We offer our partners the opportunity to become business partners that truly add value to their clients’ enterprises. Our partner’s skills in combination with OMNITRACKER’s unrivalled system architecture ensure that budgets are spent on improvements and new projects instead of on maintenance.”
Dr. Lenzer, CEO of OMNINET: “We have worked hard over the past 10 years to build a product that enables us to be successful against all the players in the ITSM field and beyond. Being privately owned and with no pressure from external shareholders, we have always been able to focus on the long term benefits for our clients. The occasion of opening of our first office in North America is a proud and exciting moment for me.”
