OMNINET enters the Kazakhstan market

                OMNINET has been implementing its first project in Kazakhstan. The company’s strategic partner – IT Exploration Services – started the deployment of OMNITRACKER software product in X NET, a system integrator based in Karaganda.
Process automation will be implemented through OMNITRACKER software product based on ITSM Center v3. Experts from IT Exploration Services provided training course on platform administration which allowed ensuring that X NET team could take an active part in project works.
The choice made by X NET in favor of OMNITRACKER was determined by the need to create a harmonious structure of IT services, along with an efficient technical support of installed networks. Together with remote support system for OMNITRACKER, IT Service Management Center will enable valid remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, as in can instantly involve dedicated engineers, when necessary.  
Sergey Yakhontov, commercial director of X NET: “With conventional service plans, in case of troubles, server, network and computer systems must first be checked by the engineer on duty. And only after that a dedicated specialist is sent onsite to solve the problem. Such situation is unacceptable taking into account possible difficulties with initial diagnostics and enormous time expenditures on travel. Such approach cannot ensure acceptable quality and time rate, and we cannot afford jeopardizing the computer systems in such manner, because our customers’ business relies on them.  
To provide proper technical support of the computer systems installed, X NET decided to implement a system of registration and tracing queries based on OMNITRACKER platform from OMNINET. Together with remote support system for OMNITRACKER, IT Service Management Center will enable valid remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, as in can instantly involve dedicated engineers, when necessary. Implementation of OMNITRACKER will allow making the best use of certified engineers’ time and providing upscale support to our clients 24/7.”
