Ural Security Systems Center Became the First Partner of OMNINET in the Ural Region

Companies Ural Security Systems Center (USSC) and OMNINET concluded a partner agreement

USSC was the first in the Ural region to receive the Certified Project Partner status with OMNINET. OMNINET produces a universal platform – OMNITRACKER – for dynamic automation of such business processes, as ITIL/ITSM-processes, CRM, Project Management, Stock & Order Management, etc.

In the framework of partnership, USSC tested OMNITRACKER and utilized the solution for optimizing service operations. As a result, the labor contribution of service department personnel already demonstrated a twofold decrease within the first month of working with the software. The implementation was conducted in-house with a complimentary benefit of creating an OMNITRACKER competence center within USSC.
