a partnership with OMNINET (developer of the OMNITRACKER platform) and became a
Certified OMNITRACKER Project Partner
The Engineering Center REGIONAL SYSTEMS Company Limited, which
develops the integrated solutions for information security and engineering
support for site security, uses the OMNITRACKER platform by OMNINET under the partner
agreement. The platform is used to provide technical support for information
systems that are developed by the company (incident management), as well as to
manage knowledge, services, tasks, and assets. In addition, OMNITRACKER will be
used to automate the document flow, customer relationship management, and project
management.
OMNITRACKER IT Service Management
Center facilitates automation of incident management, and customers of EC
REGIONAL SYSTEMS Ltd. do not have to look for a professional to address each
problem; technical support is provided from the centralized Help Desk. Every
service ticket that is stored in the centralized system contains all relevant
background information, simplifying the task for technicians. This new approach
has significantly accelerated the recovery process for sites and customers can
now be confident that any system downtime will be minimal.

management. In order to integrate OMNITRACKER fully into the existing
infrastructure of the engineering center, the IT platform will be connected to
the enterprise systems (Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft
Project) and the PABX.

So we decided to describe and optimize our business processes further. We want
