OMNINET Russia and CIS and CROC sign an agreement on strategic partnership

In 2013 the new agreement about strategic partnership between OMNINET Russia and CIS and CROC has come into power. The new level of relationship gives both the companites an opportunity to dramatically widen their business development areas due to realiziation of mutial ITSM-projects. 

Company CROC is one of the biggest system integrators of Russia, it cooperates with the leaders of international IT market.  CROC implements complex solutions combining infrastructure matters with business-process automation. Partnership with OMNINET which is the vendor of the product OMNITRACKER created for medium-sized and large businesses will allow CROC to offer contemporary and professional system for technical support service management to the customers.
